E-Mail Privacy Policy

We do not mine email data that is stored or relayed through our servers in any way.  We do not scan email content for marketing or other purposes.  We do not use the information contained in any emails for building profiles of users or businesses.

We do not share or distribute email content (including email addresses, subjects and body text) and data transferred via our servers in the form of attachments in any other way than to deliver such content to the user's requested recipient.  We do not redistribute or sell email addresses from user address books or contact lists.  All email content is strictly confidential and is intended to be controlled solely by the sender and/or recipients.

In the case of criminal activities pertaining to a user's mail data, we cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and disclose mail data as required by law.

SSL Encryption

Jamell Digital recommends and provides SSL encryption for users to connect to our servers from their computers and/or mobile devices.  Our SSL encryption provides a layer of protection from eavesdropping for connections made between the client and our servers.  Since we cannot guarantee that recipients and senders using other service providers are using secure connections, we advise caution when sending security sensitive data via e-mail.

 

No-Spam Policy

By subscribing to the our E-Mail Hosting Services (hereinafter referred to as "our Services"), you accept to use them in compliance with the Jamell Digital Anti-Spam Policy stated below.  The use of the Services is also subject to the applicable E-Mail Privacy Policy.

Definition of Spam

What is spam?  Spam is unsolicited email also known as UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email) or UBE (Unsolicited Bulk Email).

Our Position on Spam

Jamell Digital adheres to a zero tolerance spam policy and strictly prohibits you from sending unsolicited emails in any form while using our Services.  As a US based company, we require that you comply with the CAN-SPAM Act while using our Services.  It is your responsibility to know and comply with the anti-spam laws of any country or jurisdiction where you plan to send email messages while using our Services.

Your Obligations Using Our E-Mail Services

Every message you send using our Services must include accurate "From," "Reply-To," "To," and routing information, including the originating domain name and email address, that identify the person or business who initiated the email.

If Jamell Digital determines that you are sending spam using our Services, we will immediately suspend your access to our Services pending investigation.  In addition, we will fully cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrongdoing related to spam.
